I finally did it. I picked my top 10 fir the Triple J Hottest 100 of all time. Lucky, because voting closed on Sunday. So after much internal debate I came up with this list of my favourite songs of all time.

Note: I don't know if I can conclusively say that these are my absolute favourite songs of all time. It was just far too hard to cut it down to 10. So I had to bite the bullet and pick. So many memories and amazing times go with these 10 songs.

The Eagles - Hotel California
Sigur Ros - Saeglopur
Michael Jackson - Thriller
The Rolling Stones - Wild Horses
David Bowie - Space Oddity
Cold Chisel - Bow River

Bow River is my number one, because this song was the beginning of my musical education, among many other Cold Chisel songs. Dancing around the lounge with dad playing squash racket guitars, my first concert was Jimmy Barnes at the age of 3 or 4 and watching all the adults at parties playing air guitar and belting out all the lyrics. My childhood memories consist purely of Cold Chisel.
