I am well aware how long it has taken me to produce these pictures of Rock Werchter festival. However, there is a good (and extremely stupid on my part) explanation for this. Long story short, I was intelligent enough to reformat my memory card on the forth and final day of the festival while extremely tired (not drunk) and only half paying attention to what I was doing. Now I know that while one is investigating how much memory is left on their memory card one should not be also trying to explain to a friend who The Arcade Fire is (thanks Rosie!), as it will draw their attention away from the task at hand, making it very easy for one to simply press across and okay...and hey presto NO PHOTOS! Luckily for me (and those closely surrounding me) I was too tired (not drunk) to find this extremely annoying or devastating and could only laugh. What's that saying? If you don't laugh you will only cry.

So anyway, by the miracle of modern technology, upon returning home (via smuggling myself across the border, but that is another story), I got online and was able to retrieve all my photos and videos. SMILE! Fair to say...lesson learned!

So here is just a few pictures of the four days full of beer, chips and mayo, enormous pizza, plastic cup collection, employee of the day (twice), waffles, sun, sweat, iBowls, 'Lime in the Coconut', no ice, hot tents, card games, dirty feet...oh and not to mention the music.
